Women who smoked while pregnant and used an electronic cigarette while these were nursing had an increased risk of developing oral cancer. So the important thing is that e-Cigs are not as healthy as regular cigarettes, they are harmful to your health and you should stop using them immediately. But you shouldn’t completely write them off as a health hazard either. Because of new technology that is being developed by some companies, they are becoming much safer than regular cigarettes.
